1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Marjan898 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Marjan898 website, platform, games, and related services available atmarjan898.cam and any associated domains or subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Marjan898 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Marjan898, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum requirement and no exceptions are made.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Marjan898 or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of Marjan898 or any of its group companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Marjan898 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Marjan898 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• A valid and active email address;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid Malaysian mobile telephone number; and
• A unique, secure password of your choosing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify Marjan898 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Marjan898 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

Marjan898 supports a wide range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Marjan898 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own processing charges.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes.
• Marjan898 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from accounts in the player's own name.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed network settlement. Marjan898 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or network delays.

6 Withdrawals

Marjan898 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, with most requests completed within two to four (2–4) hours during normal operating conditions. The following terms govern all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit ("reverse withdrawal" principle).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100, unless otherwise stated. Any balance below this threshold may be held until the minimum is reached.
• Marjan898 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement will result in automatic forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Marjan898 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, and the referal programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements which must be satisfied in full before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Marjan898 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including offers in progress, where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Birthday Bonuses are credited automatically during the player's registered birth month and are valid for seven (7) days from the date of credit. The applicable tier (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888/ VIP MYR 2,688) is determined by the player's loyalty tier as at the first day of the birth month.
• Referral bonuses are credited to both the referring player and the referred player upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit and meeting the minimum play-through requirement. The referring player must hold a valid, verified Account in good standing at the time of credit.
• Marjan898 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winings derived therefrom in the event of a breach of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.

8 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the Marjan898 Platform are powered by certified random number generation (RNG) technology and are subject to independent testing and audit to ensure fairness and integrity. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term figures calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

Players acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves an element of chance, and no strategy, system, or method can guarantee a win.
• Past results do not influence or predict future outcomes in any game.
• In the event of a system error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, Marjan898 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's account balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Marjan898 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's payment methods or identity without lawful authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the Platform;
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer table games;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or undocumented features to gain winings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal conditions. Any winings obtained through such exploitation shall be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Marjan898 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to Marjan898 without express written permission.

10 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory72-hour cooling-off period.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marjan898 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from system outages, maintenance periods, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond Marjan898's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain secure login credentials;
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners; or
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit Marjan898's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud orulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In any event, Marjan898's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC.

Termination by Marjan898: Marjan898 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Conduct that is harmful, abusive, or threatening toward Marjan898 staff or other players;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC within a reasonable period; or
• Any other conduct that Marjan898, in its reasonable discretion, considers incompatible with continued operation of the Account.

Where an Account is closed by Marjan898 due to breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance, including real-money funds, may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where evidence of fraud or Terms breach is established.

15 Amendments

Marjan898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Marjan898 will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of these Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

The most recent version of these Terms, as identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marjan898 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, Marjan898 and the Player may also agree to submit any dispute to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through a mutually agreed independent body prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
